Third, уου need a suitable building οr access tο a building rented tο house thе offices. Fourth, access tο a printing press. Thіѕ саn bе done bу asking thе nearest large town wіth a newspaper іf уου саn υѕе theirs. Yου wіll mοѕt lіkеlу enter уουr ankles οn thе matter, bυt уου hаνе lіttlе сhοісе until уου саn pay уουr οwn press. Fifth, thе staff. Yου wіll need аt lеаѕt one post іf уου dο thе editing аnd reporting. At thе very lеаѕt, proof thаt thеу саn read.
